Is this a bot? Are you using AI to apply?

No. Every application is filled out and submitted by a real person on our team, directly on each company's career site. We use software to manage our own workflow — but nothing automated ever touches your application.

What if I'm currently employed and don't want my employer to know?

Your current employer never comes up. We don't mention where you work in any application, never contact anyone there, and only apply to roles you've explicitly approved.

What if you apply to the wrong jobs?

If we apply to something outside your criteria, we replace it at no charge. If more than 30% of a week's applications miss the mark, you get a full refund for that week.

How many jobs do you apply to per week?

It depends on your plan — 10 on the trial, 15 on Light, 30 on Standard, 60 on Pro. Every listing gets checked against your criteria before we apply. If something isn't a genuine fit, we skip it rather than hit a number.

What if I want to apply to a specific company?

Send us the link. We'll have it submitted within 24 hours, as long as the role is still open.

How do you keep me updated?

A shared Google Sheet tracks every application and its current status — you can check it anytime. Trial and Light plans include a weekly email digest; Standard and Pro get daily updates.

Can you help with interviews too?

Not yet. We handle getting you to the interview; from there, it's yours. We're working on interview prep — current customers will be the first to know when it's ready.

How does pricing work?

Two tracks — Junior and Senior. Junior starts at $5 for a one-week trial, then $60, $100, or $180 per month. Senior starts at $15 for the trial; Executive Search is quoted per project. Higher plans include more applications, a closer fit review, and more frequent updates.

How do I pay?

PayPal for customers outside Vietnam, bank transfer for those inside. Once you've chosen a plan, your manager will send the payment details.

What happens after I pay?

Within 24 hours, your manager reaches out to introduce the person who'll be running your search. We do a quick intake — roles, locations, level, visa status, companies to avoid — then start sourcing the same day.

What information do you need from me to start?

Your resume, the roles and locations you're targeting, your salary range, work authorization, and any companies to skip. About 15 minutes, start to finish.
